Card Processsing

Throughout the life of an account within Orca, if an agent speaks with a Customer, the customer may agree to :-

• Make a card payment now
• Create a Payment Plan for regular payments to be taken automatically from a customers card on a monthly or weekly basis.
• Authorise a Card payment to be taken at a future date.

Customers can also opt to make payment online and pay via GooglePay, ApplePay or Bank transfer.
