Agency Manager (Legal Module)
Once a debtor file has been worked by a collector and all efforts exhausted the decision may be made by the client to pursue the debtor through the courts.
Agency Manager has been developed to process Claims, Judgments and Warrants automatically, by sending data electronically to the County Court Bulk Centre based in Northampton (CCBC).
Once registered with the CCBC, a user ID is assigned to you and this is used when passing files to them for processing.
They also allocate you a series of Case Numbers and Warrant numbers that you should use when passing them claims and warrants.
