Adtec Software Ltd is committed to a comprehensive and developing policy of assuring the quality of products and services offered to its clients.
In accomplishing this aim our policy shall be one of providing the highest quality product, services and support necessary to meet the specified requirements and implied expectations of our clients.
In carrying out work on a client's behalf, the Company shall proceed in a responsible manner in accordance with the best industry practices.
The directors and staff are committed to the continual improvement of the Company's quality management system in line with the requirements of the
Quality Management Systems - Requirements Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
This shall be achieved through the systematic ongoing review of its internal operations and the feedback from clients, staff and other interested parties.
Quality objectives resulting from these reviews shall be established, at the time of the Management Review, and shall be communicated to all members of staff. Quality objectives shall describe required improvements in those operations to which they relate and the Management Review shall establish the methods and measurement criteria against which improvement can be achieved and measured.

The directors of Adtec shall provide the necessary working environment and resources to ensure that quality objectives can be achieved, and will ensure that this policy statement is implemented and maintained throughout the Company.
