Legal Module
Once a debtor file has been worked by a collector and all efforts exhausted the decision may be made by the client to pursue the debtor through the courts.
The Legal module on Agency Manager has been developed to allow you to issue Claims, Judgments and Warrants automatically by sending data electronically to the County Court Bulk Centre based in Northampton (CCBC).
Recent new features allow for the production of Statutory Demands, charging orders and attachment of earnings.
Forms can also be printed using the Oyez legal forms software.

Allowing your customers to pay a bill online via the internet has become common practice.
By downloading a file containing your clients account number, client reference and balance into the Adtec payment portal, any customer can then come online and pay their account balance or opt to pay over instalments.

By using the latest mobile technology
available from O2, Adtec have been able
to allow agents working out in the field to
enter the results of completed site visits via a hand held computer and update the head office database
using web server solutions.
The results of each visit can then be sent to the client, electronically within seconds of the visit being made.

Adtec have relocated into purpose built offices constructed on Cardale Park, Harrogate.
The "Greengates" build was completed in February 2006.
